Q: How long do you think we can achieve our results?

A: Usually 8 weeks, base on dedicated training.

 

Q: What is your expericence?

A: I have been a badminton coach for 2 years. Now I am studying in KGV and doing BTEC  Sports Level 3.

 

Q: Does the work out put a lot of pressure on your knees?

A: If you are doing the work out in correct forms, there will not be much pressure on your knees.

 

Q: How many times do you expect your student to train a week?

A: I expect my student to train at least 2 times a week.

 

Q: How long is each section?

A: All packages last for two hours
