What is lung function test? 

A lung capacity test is to test how well your lung works.

 

Why do you measure lung capacity?

We measure your lung capacity so we can have some information of how healthy your lung are. Usually for males when you have a lung capacity from about 4000ml to 6000ml or above your are healthy,  for female, it is from about 3000ml or above. Below that means that your lung function is not good enough and we will suggest you to see a doctor.

 

What does it measure?

It measures how much air you can take in your lungs. This test is measured in ml.h

 

How do you measure?

We will use a spirometer measure your lung capacity.
